Girls our age spend so much time waiting until we feel ready. I believe we already have what we need to step forward, use our voices, and lead boldly. I want every girl to leave Girls State more confident than when she arrived.
What I Stand For
Three Pillars
❤️
Courage
Step forward before you feel ready.
🤝
Connection
Make every girl feel seen and included.
🌟

Leadership is about lifting others up.
If I'm Elected
The Lead Well Initiative
I want every citizen to leave Girls State with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to lead in their schools and communities.
🎤
More leadership workshops
Hands-on sessions so every girl leaves with skills she can actually take home and use.
🙋♀️
Everyone gets involved
Encouraging every citizen to run for something, sponsor a bill, or simply speak up.
🤝
Mentors & alumni
Connecting girls with mentors and alumni who've walked this path before us.
💬
Every voice heard
Helping quieter girls find their voice — because every one of us belongs here.
As your Lieutenant Governor, my goal is to make sure every citizen leaves Missouri Girls State more confident, more connected, and more prepared to lead than when she arrived.
A Little About Me
Get to Know Me
I'm a senior at Blair Oaks High School in Wardsville, just outside Jefferson City. I did competitive cheer until I was 15 and now I play soccer — and yes, I was our school mascot, because bringing the energy is kind of my thing 😄. I have three sisters, so I learned early what it means to be on a team and show up for the people you love. At Nichols Career Center I study Social Media & Content Development — photography, videography, graphic design, and marketing — and I served as our SkillsUSA Central District Reporter and Chapter Social Media Specialist.

My Faith
God Has a Plan for Every One of Us
The day before a trip last year, two little boys we met at the pool prayed over us and gave me a seashell. The next morning, I was in a car accident — and afterward, I found that little seashell in the car. It reminded me just how powerful prayer really is, and that God has a plan for every one of us. It's why I want to help each of us reach our full potential.
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." — Joshua 1:9

Why Lieutenant Governor
Made for the Moment
When I ran for district officer in SkillsUSA, no one told me my interview was that day — in front of a full panel. And of course, it was pajama day at school, so there I was in my PJs! I just smiled, introduced myself, and made the whole panel laugh. Then they told me I had two minutes, right then, to give a speech on why I was qualified — so I did. That's exactly why I'm running for Lieutenant Governor: I think fast, I stay calm under pressure, and I can step in the moment I'm needed — which is exactly what a great Lieutenant Governor does.

In Her Words
Why Lieutenant Governor?
Because leadership is about helping people grow. I want every girl here to know that her voice matters and that she belongs.
What Makes You Different?
My experience taught me that life is valuable and that we shouldn't wait until we're perfectly ready. I want to lead with courage, gratitude, and purpose.
Let's Become
A Place We Came to Become
Girls State is not just a place we came to attend. It's a place we came to become. Some of us arrived confident. Some of us arrived uncertain. But every one of us belongs here. Let's live boldly. Let's lead well. And let's leave an impact.
Kallie Wulff
I would be honored to serve as your Lieutenant Governor.
